Lions Arch to Factions - Guild Wars Forums

This is probably a frequently asked question but I cannot see an answer on the forum!

Having arrived at Lions Arch - it seems easy to get to the "Factions" areas.

If I go -- just to have a look around before I continue with the GWP quests/missions, is it as easy to return to the GWP environment, and if so how/where do I do it.

I do not want to go to Factions and then miss out on the rest of the GWP game.

To move between Tyria, Cantha and the Battle Isles you just click on the boat in the world map. It will ask you where you want to go.

So the Factions area just becomes integrated into the "Map" function??? So I could go straight from the Monestary in Factions straight to Ascalon???

No, assuming you have linked factions with the original game, you could go from the monestary to lions arch.

Yes --- Factions is linked.

When you leave LA for factions area --- where do you arrive --- at the monestary?

you arrive in kainig center...not the monastary....so its lions arch and kainig (and no I cant spell).....if its your first time you take the menlo quest and arrive on the docks just north of the center.....and then run to it, after that its the 2 I mentioned
